Mark W. Voigt
I have been a litigator ever since I graduated from law school in 1986. I began my career in the United States Navy JAG Corps, representing service men and women in courts martial. Returning to my native Pennsylvania, I was an attorney with the general counsel to the Pennsylvania School Boards Association. In that capacity, I represented school districts throughout Pennsylvania in a wide variety of education law related matters, including special education. My past experience makes me uniquely qualified to negotiate with, and if necessary litigate against, public school districts on behalf of parents. I have been in private practice representing parents of children with special needs since 2002.

What we offer?a
With one satisfied client after another, I have built a thriving special education law practice throughout Pennsylvania (particularly Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Bucks, Lancaster, York and Berks Counties), New Jersey and (with local counsel) Maryland and Delaware. I aggressively represent students with autism/ Aspergers, ADD/ ADHD, learning disabilities and many other special needs in a wide variety of cases against their public school districts.
My mission is to make sure each of my clients receives the free, appropriate public education they are guaranteed under the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act and other laws, through personal attention and at a reasonable cost. I apply these same principles when representing clients in student expulsion, teacher dismissal, gifted education, civil rights and other education law-related matters.
Our consistent track record offers you the Experience You Can Trust from a special education law practice throughout Pennsylvania.
